We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, and employee relations. This role requires a passion for HR, strong knowledge of labor laws, and a results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes, from sourcing candidates to new employee orientation.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving disputes.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans. - Maintain compliance with all relevant employment and labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist;
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws;
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Aptitude in problem-solving;
- Desire to work in a team with a process and results driven approach;
- Graduate of Behavioral Science, HR Management or any field of study in business
and communication supplemented by work experience of at least one (1) year in the field of HR; - Additional certified HR training will be a plus, but not required
